The video clip contains a step-by-step procedure of making curry fried rice (yummy!
). The students should watch the clip while noting down the ingredients and the steps of cooking the curry fried rice. They are allowed to view the clip several times to make an accurate note. The result is a piece of writing in the form of a procedure text. I think it's an interesting way to teach procedure text.
